There is a famous Latin motto, Solvitur ambulando, which means "Solve it by walking". When faced with difficult feelings, take a walk for at least 20 minutes - ideally in nature. Adjust your mind to the rhythm of your footsteps. Allow any erroneous thoughts to be jostled out of the basket you are carrying inside your head. And let it fall by the wayside. By the end of your walk you will see things in a truer perspective. It will increase your blood flow, burn energy, shake off the rust and change your mindset.. Mind & body alignment is one of the key to success.
